| DRI (Desiccant Rotors International), represented in Australia by Automatic Control Company, have released their Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERV’s) which are equipped with EcoFresh Heat Recovery Wheels (HRW); capable of recovering more than up to 75% of each sensible and latent energy from the stale exhaust air and transferring it to the fresh outside air. The rotating wheel transfers the sensible and latent energy between the counter flowing exhaust and supply air and in the process preconditions (cool/ heat/ dehumidify/ humidify) the fresh air. The DRI ERV helps to meet ASHRAE 62 and other international standards specified ventilation rates without increasing the air conditioning tonnage, saving capital and operating costs considerably. |
